Business Analyst - SAP S/4 Fashion (All Genders)

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Domain Expert / Business Analyst to drive the discovery and requirement gathering phase for an SAP S/4HANA implementation., The role will focus on understanding business processes, documenting requirements, and supporting solution blueprinting aligned with SAP Fashion Management capabilities. Fashion Domain Expert / Business Analyst to lead discovery and requirement gathering for SAP implementation, focusing on process mapping, blueprinting, and stakeholder alignment., * Lead business workshops to capture current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes

• Gather, validate, and document business & functional requirements (BRD/FRD, user stories)
• Perform process analysis across fashion industry domains (Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics)

Process & Solution Analysis

• Translate business requirements into functional solution design aligned with SAP S/4
• Identify process gaps, improvement areas, and transformation opportunities
• Collaborate with functional consultants and architects for solution feasibility and alignment

Blueprinting Support

• Support creation of business blueprint documents and process flows
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and obtain sign-offs on requirements and scope
• Assist in defining integration touchpoints and dependencies across modules

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business users, SMEs, and IT stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (Retail/Fashion, Supply Chain, Finance)

Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain process flows, functional specs, and discovery deliverables
• Ensure documentation quality and traceability of requirements
• Support preparation of client-ready presentations and reports

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * 10+ years of experience as a Fashion Domain Expert / Business Analyst

• Good understanding of SAP Fashion processes, including: *

• Article Master / Product Lifecycle
• Assortment & Listing
• Procurement & Inventory Management

• Logistics & Supply Chain

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology (Discover/Prepare phases)

• Strong skills in: *

• Requirement gathering & documentation
• Process mapping & analysis
• Stakeholder communication

Mandatory Skills: SAP Fashion Management Solution .
