Job description

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von IT-Problemen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Einrichtung und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern und IT-Peripherie
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zu IT-Systemen und Anwendungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege der IT-Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und der IT-Abteilung
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und der Einführung neuer Technologien

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Netzwerktechnik
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
