Betreuung des IT-Helpdesks 1st und 2nd Level-Support, telefonisch und vor Ort Administration von Clients und der internen IT-Systeme Ansprechpartner/in bei allen IT-Fragen Administration kleinerer IT-Subsysteme in der Serverlandschaft Beschaffung und Implementierung von IT-Systemen

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Berufsausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in oder Informatikstudium Fundierte Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Anwendungen und -Betriebssystemen Sehr gute Kenntnisse gängiger Hard- und Software Technische Affinität und Serviceorientierung
