SAP Business One & IT Specialist

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical qualification.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One, including system maintenance, configuration, and incident management.
• Knowledge of database administration and database management systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI and business reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Intermediate-advanced level of written and spoken English.

Technical Competencies Valued

We value candidates who demonstrate:

• Previous experience with SAP Business One, including maintenance, troubleshooting, system updates, and user support.
• Experience in database administration and SQL.
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of business reporting and data analysis.
• Financial or accounting knowledge will be considered a plus.
• Experience providing IT help desk support and resolving user incidents.
• Knowledge of system integrations and APIs will be considered an advantage., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes.
