Senior IT Technician

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (driving required)
• MVR/background must include MVR due to driving
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs routinely; up to 80 lbs with assistance (and lift up to ~75 lbs as needed)
• HS Diploma/GED required (tech school and/or hands-on hardware repair experience preferred)
• Interview Process: 1 virtual interview and 1 in-person interview
• Experience with Excel and Word

Pay: $24.97/hr (W2) Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (may include weekends/holidays) Worksite: Field-based (NOT work-from-home) - driving to multiple CVS store locations daily. Some drive times may be several hours in each direction.

What you’ll do:

• Run service calls and install computer/printer hardware in CVS stores
• Repair, stage, configure, refurbish, and QA store hardware
• Track assets in CVS systems, process warranty claims, and complete required paperwork
