IT Support Technician - I

• Provide remote Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking
• Perform on-site support and installations at client locations (typically 1-2 times per week)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Install and configure IT equipment for clients
• Maintain documentation through our ticketing system
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

*Demonstrates proactive communication, uses incisive questioning to surface business needs, and engages the right resources when required.

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general IT troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., desktops, small printers)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel to client work sites
• Must reside in or near Long Beach, California
• Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills
• Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is a plus.
