IT Specialist

NextGen Heavy Haulers is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy IT Specialist to manage our technology needs, improve business operations, and implement innovative software and AI solutions.

We’re looking for someone who can do more than fix computers. We want a problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, automate processes, and help our company operate smarter., * AI & Automation: Develop and implement AI workflows, AI-powered tools, and automation solutions to improve daily operations.

• Business Software: Research, recommend, implement, and customize software that helps streamline company processes.
• Website Management: Design, update, maintain, and improve our company website.
• IT Support: Troubleshoot computers, networks, printers, software, Microsoft 365, and other office technology.
• Systems Integration: Connect existing software platforms, develop internal tools, and improve data management.
• Process Improvement: Work directly with management to identify problems and introduce technology solutions that save time and money.
• IT Security: Help maintain cybersecurity, data backups, and secure access to company systems., You’ll work directly with company leadership and have the opportunity to introduce new systems, AI tools, and technology that help shape the future of our business.

• Experience in IT support, business systems, or software development.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows and implementing AI-powered products.
• Knowledge of automation platforms such as ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or n8n.
• Experience with website design, development, and maintenance.
• Understanding of software integrations, APIs, and business automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
