What You’ll Do

• Help jobseekers find jobs that match their skills and experience.
• Build relationships with local businesses and employers.
• Reach out to companies to identify job openings and hiring opportunities.
• Match qualified candidates with employers.
• Help organize job fairs, hiring events, and interviews.
• Connect jobseekers with internships and on-the-job training opportunities.
• Work with team members to help jobseekers reach their career goals.
• Track job placements, employer contacts, and program results.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with employers, jobseekers, and community partners.
• Ability to build relationships and work independently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, workforce development, or employer outreach is a plus!
