About the company

Join Mutual of Omaha’s Workplace Solutions team and help shape the future of claims technology for hundreds of thousands of members. We are in the middle of a major transformation, migrating a 25-year on-premises claims adjudication platform (FINEOS) to its modern SaaS offering in the cloud. This isn’t a lift-and-shift - it’s a ground-up rebuild of the integrations that power short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and our expanding absence management product line., This role sits at the center of how Mutual of Omaha fulfills its promise to members. When someone goes out on disability, files a life insurance claim, or needs leave support, the systems you build are what make that happen. You’ll get hands-on mentorship from a strong team while contributing to the modern platform that’s replacing a 25-year legacy system - with real business impact you can see every day.

The ReClaimer’s team values bias toward action, cross-functional ownership, and engineers who want to understand the business they’re serving. If you’re ready to launch your career on a team that moves fast and takes quality seriously, we’d love to hear from you.

We value diverse experience, skills, and passion for innovation. If your experience aligns with the listed requirements
