Job description

Consultant in Agile Scaling & Delivery Enablement Lead responsible for leading enterprise-wide agile transformation and delivery enablement initiatives. Drives SAFe adoption, SDLC standardisation, and alignment across Product, Portfolio, and IT. Enhances delivery performance, governance, compliance, and organisational capabilities while influencing senior stakeholders and leading teams in complex, multi-country environments., * Delivering the agile scaling transformation program end-to-end.

  • Acting as an ad interim Chapter Lead - Delivery Enablement, ensuring alignment between Product, Portfolio, and IT delivery.
  • Drive the formalisation of (secure) software development lifecycle standards & methods and its integration into the application lifecycle management.
  • Improving alignment between strategy, portfolio, and delivery.
  • Improving predictability and performance of delivery.
  • Improving internal capability in scaling roles (Agile, UX, QA).
  • Improving leadership alignment and adoption across entities.
  • Improving compliance with regulation and audit., * Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement, learning, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAFe?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, agile environments, or large product organisations.
  • Proven track record of implementing and running a scaled agile framework, ideally SAFe, in a panEuropean or multicountry environment.
  • Proven experience in defining and improving delivery practices, frameworks, or operating models.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams in complex, cross-team or multi-country environments.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, product-centric ways of working, and portfolio alignment.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and delivery metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Germany for business missions.
  • Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
