Impact analysis, solution and actions plan design, monitor execution and report progression, risk & issues, mitigation, make adaptations on IT Risk & Governance policies when required

The IT PM will work closely with EIRP central team and HBCE/Europe POD’s delivery heads, in France and in other HSBC locations (UK, Poland), as well as with senior stakeholders (Operating Officers, Operational Risk, Regulatory Policies, Audit,).

Role will be in charge of:

• Ensuring execution against plan and providing reporting to central project governance

• Tracking project actuals

• Identifying and escalating risks and issues

• Coordinating dependencies with other PODs where required

• Leading POD management committee and other work sessions/forums as needed

• Maintaining and tracking an action log

• Supporting the POD delivery head to forecast resources, produce estimates, prepare reporting and project documentation

Key Deliverables:

• Project plan

• Slides for Management Committee

• Status Reports for Steering Committee

IT Project management experience (> 10 years)

• Fluent in English

• High autonomy, very strong organizational skills

• High level technical knowledge on Architecture

• Ability to arrange and drive meetings, produce relevant project reporting and quality documentation

• Ability to work in a complex, international environment, including multiple IT and non-IT teams, and various project stakeholders

• Experience in Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Confluence to setup and manage project team’s communities
