Job description

• Maintain the CMMS (MaintainX) system which includes, but is not limited to, updating preventive maintenance tasks for currency, adding new equipment requirements, closing completed work orders, etc.
• Sort, prioritize and assign daily work orders to the maintenance Team based on feedback from the Maintenance Manager or delegate
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Check inventoried parts against work orders and make sure we have material before work order is handed out.
• Close work orders and verify they are completed.
• Work through critical spares with the craftsmen to make sure they are in stock.
• Inventory & price compare parts & hardware to appropriate min/max levels.
• Add vendors and vendor documentation to our roster when needed.
• Verify time worked on each work order.
• Order parts needed to support maintenance activities, following Purchasing procedures.

• Ability to effectively multi-task responsibilities
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• The employee will be required to: read; communicate verbally and/or in written form; remember and analyze certain information; and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines
• The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Work experience with cGMPs and ISO is a plus
• High School diploma or G.E.D.; Associates or Bachelor’s preferred
• 3-5 years’ Experience in a Manufacturing or Maintenance related role is preferred
• Previous experience using a CMMS is preferred
