Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions within the Salesforce platform to support enterprise customer service and business operations. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, cloud solutions, and application lifecycle management while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing, and user-focused solutions., Design, develop, and support Salesforce CRM solutions using modern platform capabilities. Gather technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Implement and support Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions. Manage application releases, deployments, and Salesforce development lifecycle activities. Design and maintain integrations with cloud and on-premises systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Ensure compliance with security standards, authentication protocols, and governance requirements. Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions. Support CI/CD processes, source control, branch management, and code deployments using SFDX and Azure DevOps. Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend performance and architecture improvements.

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. 4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, HTML5, and JavaScript. Strong experience implementing and supporting Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions. Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle, SFDX, release management, and deployment best practices. Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, and OAuth authentication. Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform development and modern user experience frameworks. Knowledge of data migration, data quality, cloud integrations, and enterprise application architecture. Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for requirements management, CI/CD, and release automation. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications are required. Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills; Platform Developer II, Conga, Drawloop, and regulated environment experience are highly preferred.
