• Assist in inventory management and tracking of IT and POS equipment.
• Perform routine system checks and updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and technical procedures.
• Provide after-hours support on a weekly rotation basis

• 2+ years in POS systems, IT support, or network administration is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
