About the company
PRINE Health is New York’s largest private nephrology group, with practices across nephrology, vascular, endocrinology, podiatry, primary care, and infusion throughout Long Island. We care for more than 5,000 chronic kidney disease patients and 1,000 dialysis patients, and we manage about 3,700 lives in active care management.
Why this role exists We have signed an enterprise agreement with an AI partner to build a patient engagement agent for our CKD population. We also run AI and automation tools across scheduling, clinical documentation, prior authorization, and revenue cycle. Some of it works well. Some of it we bought and never fully turned on. We need one hands-on operator to get all of it working and tie it to results.
What you will do
- Manage our AI vendor relationship and lead the patient engagement agent from build to launch to adoption
- Audit every AI and digital tool we pay for and decide what to keep, scale, fix, or cancel
- Pull and analyze data from our EHR, practice management, and revenue cycle systems to find missed revenue and gaps in care management
- Build the dashboards and KPI reporting our leadership team uses to run the business
- Recommend the data infrastructure we need, with costs and ROI, sized to the actual problem
- Work directly with physicians, operations, RCM, and care management to get tools adopted
