Data Center Support - Reno, NV.

• Support the daily operation and maintenance of a high-performance Compute Farm and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Linux/Windows systems, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Install, deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, PCs, GPUs, and other hardware.
• Monitor system availability and assist with incident recovery and troubleshooting.
• Work with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and maintain system reliability.
• Help maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center operations, engineering labs, or a similar technical environment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with hardware installation, deployments, PC components, GPUs, or similar technology.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and DNS.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with technical and engineering teams.
• Technical degree (Associate’s/Bachelor’s) or equivalent hands-on experience.
