Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant - O2C / RMCS

• Own and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including Accounts Receivable, RMCS, Collections, Cash Management, and ACH processing.
• Support the complete transaction lifecycle, including sales ingestion, royalty calculations, receivables, invoicing, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with a strong focus on AR and revenue management.
• Manage and troubleshoot Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) processes, including contract identification, performance obligations, revenue allocation, satisfaction events, and revenue recognition schedules.
• Support Collections processes, including dunning plans, collection strategies, collector assignments, and case management.
• Support Cash Management processes, including bank statement ingestion, cash application, and reconciliation rules.
• Troubleshoot AutoInvoice, transaction processing, customer account and site configurations, customer hierarchies, and interface failures.
• Work with custom applications developed using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle APEX.
• Support and troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, custom interfaces, and orchestration flows.
• Write, analyze, and debug SQL queries to investigate data issues, identify root causes, and resolve production incidents.
• Diagnose issues across Oracle Fusion Cloud, custom applications, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Provide functional guidance, document solutions, and recommend process improvements.
• Work independently in a complex, highly customized environment and quickly learn business-specific processes.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials: Strong hands-on production experience; Oracle EBS-only experience is not acceptable.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C): Comprehensive end-to-end functional knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Customer creation, customer accounts and sites, transactions, AutoInvoice, invoicing, receivables, and interface troubleshooting.
• RMCS: Hands-on production experience with Revenue Management Cloud Service.
• Collections: Dunning plans, collection strategies, collector assignments, and case management.
• Cash Management: Bank statement processing, ACH, cash application, and reconciliation.
• SQL: Ability to write, analyze, debug, and troubleshoot complex queries.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Experience troubleshooting integrations, interfaces, and orchestration flows.
• Custom Applications: Experience supporting applications developed using VBCS and Oracle APEX.
• Techno-Functional Expertise: Ability to connect business processes with underlying technical configurations, data, interfaces, and integrations.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS), Collections, and Cash Management.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working in a highly customized Oracle Fusion Cloud environment, with strong SQL skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across Fusion modules, custom applications, and integrations. This role requires a self-driven professional who can work independently, collaborate with business stakeholders, and become productive within 3-4 months., * Experience in highly customized Oracle Fusion Cloud environments where custom applications and integrations extend beyond standard ERP functionality.

• Experience with sales ingestion, royalty calculations, and downstream receivables processing.
• Experience with BI Publisher reports and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) and accounting configurations.
• Strong understanding of customer-account-site relationships and customer hierarchies.
• Experience supporting production issues across multiple financial modules and integrated applications., * Senior-level Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials consultant with strong functional and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proven hands-on experience across the O2C lifecycle, not limited to Accounts Receivable.
• Demonstrated production-level RMCS experience.
• Ability to investigate complex issues using SQL and troubleshoot integrations.
• Comfortable working with business users and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and become productive within 3-4 months.

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements before submission:

1. Recent, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience; Oracle EBS-heavy profiles are not suitable.

2. Strong end-to-end O2C knowledge across AR, RMCS, Collections, and Cash Management.

3. Practical, production-level RMCS experience.

4. Hands-on experience with OIC integrations and custom applications using VBCS and/or Oracle APEX.

5. Strong SQL skills, including query debugging and root-cause analysis.

6. Proven techno-functional troubleshooting experience across Fusion Cloud, custom applications, and integrations.
