Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant - RMCS, Project Billing & Subscription Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes., * Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including:

• Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
• Project Billing
• Subscription Management
• Projects / Project Financial Management (PPM)
• Order Management
• Lead business requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and solution discussions.
• Understand end-to-end O2C processes, including order fulfillment, project billing, subscription management, revenue recognition, invoicing, and receivables.
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules, analyze cross-functional dependencies, and recommend scalable business solutions.
• Support implementation activities, including functional design, integrations, SIT/UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architects to resolve complex functional issues and improve business processes.

Important: This is a senior functional consulting role requiring hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience. Oracle EBS-only experience or expertise limited to GL/AP/AR will not be sufficient.

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in at least one or two of the key areas-RMCS, Project Billing, or Subscription Management-along with working knowledge of related Oracle Fusion modules, including Projects/Project Financial Management and Order Management.

This is a senior, business-facing role requiring strong functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently engage with stakeholders, lead functional discussions, and recommend solutions., * 10-15 years of Oracle ERP functional consulting experience, with substantial hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.

• Deep functional expertise in at least one or two of RMCS, Project Billing, or Subscription Management.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Projects/Project Financial Management, Order Management, and related cross-module integration points.
• At least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation; two or more strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, particularly billing, subscriptions, revenue recognition, and related financial transactions.
• Hands-on experience with functional configuration, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently lead functional discussions and recommend solutions., * Which Oracle Fusion Cloud modules have you implemented hands-on (RMCS, Project Billing, Subscription Management, Projects/PPM, or Order Management)? Please specify your primary areas of expertise and the number of full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations you have completed.
• This is a 12-month contract position with PEN Software. What is your preferred engagement model? Direct W2 (hourly) with PEN Software or C2C (Corp-to-Corp)
