Experienced Computer and Cell Phone Repair Technician

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer and mobile device issues using precision hand tools and software solutions.
• Perform high-level hardware repairs and component replacements for computers and cell phones adhering to strict operating specifications.
• Handle complex board-level repairs and microsoldering tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with technical support, updates, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, ticketing, and customer interactions.

• Must-Have Competency: Ability to independently diagnose and repair all phones and the newest device models on the market.
• Microsoldering Expertise: Component-level repair and microsoldering capabilities are a major plus and directly translate to higher earning potential.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting for computers, smartphones, and tablets.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
