Member Data Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Member Data Specialist to support its membership operations team on a temporary basis. This position will focus on maintaining accurate member records, updating information within a customer relationship management (CRM) system, and conducting outreach to healthcare organizations to verify and collect essential information., * Maintain and update membership records within a CRM database, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and current.

• Review existing records to identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and missing information.
• Enter, revise, and consolidate organizational and individual contact records according to established procedures.
