Test Report Coordinator

• Conduct quality review of field test reports for accuracy and completeness
• Invoice and distribute test reports (via print or email) using proprietary database
• Generate consolidated invoices and collate reports per customer requests and regulatory requirements
• Upload invoices and reports to customer websites and input invoice details into internal systems
• Follow established procedures and timelines to ensure all daily report deadlines are met
• Organize paperwork and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas and data entry; advanced skills not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow directions and established procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
• College degree preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience in administrative or data-heavy roles with tight deadlines
• Background in document processing, quality control, or customer service
