We are seeking a highly skilled Agentforce & Data Cloud Architect to own and optimize the intelligence layer of our Salesforce-powered platform. This role will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and improving agent performance across data, access, grounding, retrieval, instructions, actions, and platform configurations.

This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to build, configure, test, and deploy solutions directly. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform architecture knowledge with extensive real-world Agentforce and Data Cloud implementation experience.

Your Role

  • Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, retrieval, grounding, security, and agent configurations.
  • Build and maintain scalable Data 360 foundations to support AI-powered use cases.
  • Configure and enhance Agentforce topics, actions, sub-agents, instructions, Prompt Builder assets, and RAG capabilities.
  • Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex.
  • Manage Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and record-access controls.
  • Establish agent testing, observability, tracing, and quality measurement practices.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce AI solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership from architecture through implementation

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with strong architecture and implementation expertise.
  • Deep, hands-on experience implementing and deploying Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture and implementation
  • Experience with data ingestion, mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval
  • Knowledge of RAG, agent grounding, Prompt Builder, topics, sub-agents, actions, and instructions
  • Strong Salesforce security, permissions, sharing, and record-access troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on experience with Flow and Apex
  • Experience with agent testing, tracing, observability, and performance measurement
  • Strong Salesforce platform architecture background

Preferred:

  • Agentforce Specialist and/or Data Cloud Consultant certification
  • Experience building scalable AI-powered Salesforce solutions

Note: This is a builder role. We are looking for a hands-on architect who can design, configure, develop, and troubleshoot solutions, not someone focused solely on architecture documentation.
