Job description
We are seeking a hands-on GenAI Solutions Architect with deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions. This is not a traditional Enterprise/Solution/Application Architect role.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on GenAI experience with strong overall AI/ML background.
- Proven experience taking GenAI solutions from POC to production; POC-only experience is not sufficient.
- Strong hands-on experience with RAG and Agentic AI/Agentic Systems.
- Strong Python development skills with ability to contribute at code level, not just architecture.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and GenAI architecture.
- Ability to clearly differentiate and explain RAG vs. Agents vs. Fine-tuning vs. Prompt Engineering and when to use each.
- Strong understanding of Agent architecture, orchestration, tool/function calling, memory/context, evaluation, and hallucination mitigation.
- Pharma / Healthcare / Life Sciences experience strongly preferred.
