IT Support Tech- Event work

We are looking for two (2) temporary IT Support Technicians to assist with a short-term cubicle technology deployment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, 2-day project where you will help set up workstations, organize hardware, and ensure our new office spaces are fully equipped and ready for use. Key Responsibilities

• Workstation Setup: Set up basic office technology, computer monitors, docking stations, and peripheral workstation equipment in cubicles.
• Equipment Handling: Assist with moving, organizing, staging, and preparing IT equipment for deployment or reuse.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Help with tagging, labeling, tracking inventory, and documenting equipment updates.
• Quality Assurance: Perform basic equipment checks to ensure everything turns on properly and report any hardware issues.
• Project Support: Support general IT infrastructure tasks and maintain clean, organized work areas throughout the deployment.

• Technical Familiarity: Basic familiarity with office technology, computer hardware, and workplace equipment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, move, and organize IT equipment, monitors, and boxes safely.
• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, dependability, and an organized approach to tasks.
• Communication: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely and work well in a professional office environment.
• Attitude: Willingness to assist with a variety of hands-on IT support and project-related tasks.
