Job description
We are seeking an IT Support Technician for a fully onsite contract opportunity in Houston. This is a hands-on role focused on PC imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and IT asset support., * Image and deploy laptops/desktops using PXE and USB
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and network issues
- Configure computers, VoIP phones, and network equipment
- Support Windows 11, Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft 365
- Install software manually and through Software Center
- Manage IT assets, inventory, shipping, and receiving
- Support PC refresh and deployment projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience
- PC imaging experience using PXE and USB
- Experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and remote support tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
