· Support Microsoft Defender security controls and respond to identity, endpoint, email, and cloud application alerts.

Systems, Resilience & Operations

· Administer Windows Server services, Group Policy, certificates, virtualization, backup platforms, and recovery processes.

· Use NinjaOne RMM and Freshservice to monitor systems, manage assets, document work, and resolve incidents and service requests.

· Provide clear technical support and knowledge transfer to Service Desk personnel and end users.

· Escalate high-risk, high-impact, or architecturally complex issues with complete troubleshooting notes and recommended next steps.

· Typically 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible experience in network, systems, cloud, or Microsoft 365 administration.

· Working knowledge of Windows domain services, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, switching, wireless, VPN, and endpoint management.

· Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID; exposure to Azure, Intune, Defender, PowerShell, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, RMM, or backup platforms is valuable.

· Strong troubleshooting habits, clear documentation, sound judgment, customer service skills, and the ability to protect confidential information.

· Ability to learn quickly, follow standards, communicate status and risk, and work effectively across locations and organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

· Microsoft Fundamentals or associate-level certification such as AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, AZ-104, or equivalent experience.

· Assigned projects and infrastructure changes are delivered safely, with testing, communication, and appropriate review.

· Technical capability grows toward independent ownership of defined platforms and services.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
