Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst

• Oversee day-to-day administration of medical, wellness, retirement, and leave programs for employees in Virginia Beach, Virginia, ensuring timely enrollment processing, accurate records, and effective coordination with external vendors.
• Direct the open enrollment cycle from preparation through completion, including employee communication materials, system validation, reporting, and follow-up reviews to confirm data accuracy.
• Manage benefit processes such as 401(k) participation and leave administration while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and program requirements.
• Prepare recurring and annual benefits reports, support audits, and complete survey submissions with a high level of accuracy and organization.
• Evaluate total rewards processes and recommend enhancements that strengthen service delivery, improve efficiency, and create a better employee experience.
• Act as a key HR systems resource by maintaining data quality, supporting reporting needs, assisting with testing, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows within the HRIS environment.
• Conduct compensation analysis through market pricing, role benchmarking, internal equity review, and salary data evaluation to support pay decisions and annual reward programs.
• Produce workforce and HR metrics related to hiring, onboarding, retention, attrition, labor costs, and exit trends to guide operational and strategic planning.

• Assist with payroll-related analysis, budget preparation, and ongoing tracking of personnel costs to support financial planning and resource management. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to total rewards, benefits, compensation, HR systems, or workforce analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration, benefits coordination, and compensation analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, complex functions, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience using HRIS platforms for reporting, validation, and data management; familiarity with Oracle Fusion or ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
