Job description
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
- Manage and supervise IT support teams responsible for desktop support, technical troubleshooting, and user assistance across the organization.
- Oversee network engineering activities including LAN, WAN, Cisco routers, firewalls, network security protocols, and remote access solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain IT service management frameworks aligned with ITIL standards to enhance incident response, problem resolution, and change management processes.
- Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement, licensing, and service agreements while managing vendor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard organizational data and ensure rapid recovery from disruptions.
- Manage multiple projects related to software implementation, system upgrades (Microsoft Windows Server, SharePoint), and infrastructure enhancements using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and perform regular analysis to identify areas for improvement or potential security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies by implementing robust cybersecurity measures including network security protocols and active directory management.

Requirements
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure along with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure including Cisco routers, LAN/WAN configurations, DHCP/DNS management, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access software.
- Proficiency in server management (Windows Server environments), Linux systems engineering, SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server), and software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira for incident tracking and project management; experience with SolarWinds for network monitoring.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams with supervisory experience in technical project & program management roles.
- Expertise in implementing security measures including network security protocols, active directory management, disaster recovery planning, and information security best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders at all levels; ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as ITIL frameworks for service delivery governance; experience managing IT assets and vendor relationships effectively.
