ETHIKA is in search of an IT professional to join the team in Lake Forest, CA., As the IT Generalist, you will utilize your attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, by working on a multitude of responsibilities within the IT Department. We’re looking for a team player that is committed to the highest levels of accuracy and precision. The ideal candidate will have previous IT experience and be eager to step into a role with great growth potential!, * Maintain company hardware and software programs

• Implement company-wide technology updates
• Update technological equipment in the company
• Software and personal computer performance tuning and optimization
• Experience planning, documenting, and deploying OS, patches and upgrades
• Advanced knowledge of Apple OS and Adobe Suite
• Workstation hardware troubleshooting
• Desktop applications experience - Outlook, Office, Antivirus, MDM
• Creates and maintains high-quality documentation and contributes to knowledge base
• Ability to prioritize issues and reach out for assistance when appropriate
• Demonstrates consistent tact, discretion, and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information and interactions with senior and executive level staff

• 2-3 years administering IT systems and help desk
• Excellent customer service and passion for delivering customer satisfaction
• Strong mix of people skills and technical confidence
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills
• Cisco Meraki knowledge
• Ability to manage Access entry system, building security
• A/V knowledge
• Ability to lead and teach others
• Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms
• Knowledge of best computer security practices, ERP ( Full Circle )
• Good research and analysis skills
