Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within a large healthcare system. This position operates at a program-level scope, overseeing multiple IT workstreams while also stepping in to support individual projects as needed.

Unlike a traditional, siloed project manager, this role requires someone who can flex between high-level coordination and hands-on execution, especially in environments where individual workstreams may already have dedicated PMs in place.

· 5+ years of IT Project Management experience · Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills · Experience within a healthcare system environment (hospital, clinic, or health system IT) Highly Preferred: · Background in application support or application-focused roles (ability to dig into systems and troubleshoot) · Experience supporting system integrations and data migrations (e.g., acquisitions, platform consolidation) · Working knowledge of infrastructure/network concepts (WAN/LAN, firewalls), even if not deeply technical · Exposure to clinical, operational, or billing systems
