Job description
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT projects while working closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.
Requirements
- Project Management Expertise: 3+ years managing IT projects, project planning, resource allocation, and effort estimation.
- Healthcare IT Experience: 3+ years in healthcare insurance IT environments (Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems experience is a major plus!).
- PMI/PMP Certification: Required PMI certification (PMP preferred).
- Communication & Leadership: Superb written/verbal English skills with the ability to present directly to executive management and align diverse teams.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
