Japanese-English Bilingual IT Specialist(Entry Level)

One of our clinets is looking for Japanese-English Bilingual IT Specialist who works closely with IT teams and business departments/users to support IT project planning, administration, coordination, system-related processes, and documentation and define specification and requirement for applications, infrastructure and network systems., * Support IT project planning and coordination, working closely with IT teams and business departments/user to define requirements for applications, infrastructure, and network systems, etc.

• Requirements-gathering activities between IT teams and business departments, including Production, Quality, and Logistic
• Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes and track action items and key decisions.
• Serve as a liaison between IT teams, business departments/users, and vendors to facilitate communication and follow-up on project requirements and issues
• Manage and maintain project schedules, project tasks, technical issues, action items, deliverables, and project milestones
• Support planning, implementation, improvement and development activities and identify and escalate project delays, issues, and risks to the Project Manager.
• Prepare project status reports and provide general project coordination and administrative support.
• Provide bilingual Japanese-English communication and coordination support between IT teams, business departments/users.
• Other related tasks

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of system development and implementation, basic programming concepts, web applications, and enterprise IT environments, and is comfortable working with technical teams and IT-related processes., * Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of system/application development, programming concepts, infrastructure, network engineer, and general IT systems
• Experience supporting IT projects or working in a project coordination role is plus.
• Ability to understand technical information and communicate effectively with IT teams, business users.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on action items
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Previous experience or coursework related to IT projects, system/application development, programming, infrastructure, network engineer, system testing, or technical support is a plus, but not required
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision and hearing.
