Japanese / English Bilingual Order & Sales Coordinator - IT Solution Provider (33291)

Japanese / English Bilingual Order & Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales reports.
• Process and manage customer orders in internal systems.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track order status, deliveries, and service activation.
• Maintain customer, sales, and asset records.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, mail, and certificates of insurance (COIs).
• Other duties as assigned

Japanese / English Bilingual Order & Sales Coordinator Qualifications:

• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude.
• Experience in order management, purchasing, sales support, office administration, or data entry.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or database systems., * Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT project management: 4 years (Preferred)
• IT Purchasing: 4 years (Preferred)
