Job description

• Manage Salesforce orgs, profiles, permission sets, and user provisioning.
• Monitor storage, scheduled jobs, and connected apps.
• Maintain security configurations and compliance controls.

• Provide ongoing support during hypercare and post-deployment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

• Familiarity with NY.Gov SSO and MFA integration.
