Software Implementation Specialist

• Coordinate software implementation activities from initial setup through deployment.
• Gather client requirements and configure software according to project specifications.
• Assist with data migration, system integration, and application testing.
• Provide software demonstrations, user training, and implementation guidance.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Monitor implementation progress and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare user guides, technical documentation, and implementation reports.
• Support post-launch activities and recommend improvements to implementation processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with software implementation, application support, or technical project coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with databases, software configuration, and system integrations.
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client onboarding or enterprise software deployments.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, data migration, and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of project management platforms and implementation methodologies.
• Experience preparing training materials and conducting user training.
