Agile Transformation Coach

Hyatt is seeking a senior-level Agile Transformation Coach to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate, technology, regional, and hotel operations teams. This role sits within the Transformation Center of Excellence (COE) and combines Agile coaching, organizational change leadership, enterprise delivery support, executive facilitation, and strategic transformation execution across multiple initiatives. This is not a lightweight Agile coaching engagement and not a traditional Scrum Master role. The ideal candidate must be capable of operating independently across executive leadership, business operations, and enterprise delivery organizations while helping drive practical adoption of Hyatt’s transformation framework across diverse teams. The successful consultant will function as a high-visibility transformation leader focused on improving organizational effectiveness, breaking down silos, driving Agile adoption, improving operating models, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across enterprise initiatives. This role is highly execution-oriented and best suited for candidates who have successfully driven measurable organizational change inside complex enterprise environments. Core Responsibilities Learn, apply, and operationalize Hyatt’s enterprise transformation framework across business, technology, and operational teams Coach leadership teams, delivery organizations, and operational stakeholders on Agile ways of working and organizational agility practices Support multiple enterprise transformation initiatives simultaneously within the COE structure Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions, leadership alignment meetings, and transformation discussions across distributed teams Partner with executive leadership to evolve governance models, delivery frameworks, transformation metrics, and operating structures Drive organizational alignment between business, technology, and operational teams Help improve collaboration models, decision-making processes, and enterprise delivery consistency Mentor Scrum Masters, Agile practitioners, and transformation champions across the organization Support enterprise communication strategies, executive storytelling, and transformation presentations Assist teams in responsibly leveraging Gen AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency and operational decision-making Navigate highly matrixed enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities Occasionally travel to hotel or regional operational sites as needed to support transformation initiatives

ICP-ACC, SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), Certified Agile Coach, or similar Agile certifications Experience working within Transformation COEs or enterprise PMO organizations Organizational design and enterprise operating model experience Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required Global enterprise or multicultural team experience preferred 6 10+ years of experience in Agile Transformation, Enterprise Coaching, Organizational Change, Program Leadership, or related enterprise transformation roles Strong experience driving Agile transformation initiatives within large enterprise organizations Demonstrated success improving organizational processes, operating models, and cross-functional collaboration Experience coaching executives, delivery teams, and operational stakeholders independently, Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities Experience supporting enterprise-scale Agile environments using Agile, Lean, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies Ability to translate transformation strategy into actionable execution practices across teams Experience working within highly matrixed enterprise environments Strong PowerPoint, executive presentation, and visual storytelling capabilities Familiarity with Gen AI concepts, enablement initiatives, or workflow optimization practices Preferred Qualifications Multilingual communication skills are a plus Ideal Candidate Profile The strongest candidates will demonstrate: Deep hands-on Agile transformation experience Ability to independently influence senior leadership Strong execution mindset focused on driving measurable outcomes Experience breaking down organizational silos and improving enterprise collaboration Practical enterprise coaching capabilities beyond theory or certification-driven Agile practices Comfort operating in fast-moving, politically complex enterprise environments Ability to balance strategy, facilitation, execution, and organizational change simultaneously Candidates who are strictly Program Managers without meaningful Agile transformation leadership experience will likely not be strong fits., + $81,536-110,656 per year Agile Coach Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced Department: Project Management CGS is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic team member to act as an Agile Coach within our…
