Cash Applications Specialist

• Apply and post customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, lockbox deposits, and checks
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile cash receipts to customer accounts and bank activity
• Maintain accurate customer account records and payment histories
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Service teams to resolve payment issues
• Support month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

• 2+ years of cash applications, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience
• Experience processing high-volume transactions
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $26-$29/per hour
