Job description
| Role: TIBCO EngineerLocation: 6565 Headquarters Drive , Plano , Texas 75024. 100% onsite.Duration: 6 months ContractRole Description:Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in integration projects.Ability to define technical standards | best practices | and governance for Tibco and middleware solutions.Experience in solution architecture | including designing scalable | secure | and maintainable integration platforms.Experience with Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) for designing and developing integration workflows.Familiarity with Tibco EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service) for messaging and event-driven architecture.Understanding of JMS (Java Messaging Service) concepts.Knowledge of Tibco ActiveMatrix | Tibco Hawk | or other Tibco middleware tools is a plus.Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher).Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud for building microservices.Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.Understanding of microservices principles | including service discovery | load balancing | fault tolerance | and circuit breakers.Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CICD pipelines relevant to Tibco deployments.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. | AWS | Azure | GCP) and deploying Tibco solutions in cloud environments.Experience managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts | QA | and operations.Regards |
