Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards by performing comprehensive corrective action implementation, inspections, audits, and analysis. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 13485, AS9100, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products through meticulous quality control processes and data-driven decision-making., * Conduct thorough quality inspections utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications.

• Operate and calibrate advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine quality audits in accordance with ISO 13485, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and non-conformance reports to support root cause analysis.
• Assist in developing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) documentation and procedures aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Support manufacturing teams by providing real-time feedback on quality issues and collaborating on corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and industry best practices.

Do you have experience in Test equipment calibration?, * Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Strong understanding of quality systems such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes including quality inspections, audits, and documentation management.
• Knowledge of calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to perform detailed data collection and maintain accurate records for traceability purposes.
