Job description

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications.
  • Perform quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations.
  • Utilize calibration tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and calibration standards to maintain measurement accuracy and consistency.
  • Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, defect rates, and process performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems by documenting non-conformances, corrective actions, and process deviations.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues promptly, ensuring product integrity from raw materials to finished goods.

  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with calibration procedures and quality management software is preferred.
  • Ability to perform detailed inspections using visual inspection systems and other advanced measurement tools.
