Requirements

8-12+ years of Payroll Systems experience, including 5+ years with Workday Payroll
Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations
Expertise in US Payroll (Global Payroll experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, tax compliance, garnishments, retro processing, and payroll audits
Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and third-party payroll integrations
Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor project teams
Experience with payroll testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production support

Workday Payroll Certification (US Payroll preferred)
Experience with global payroll, Cloud Connect for Payroll (CCP), and Workday HCM modules
Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, Prism Analytics, and payroll reporting
