PC Technician

• Work with engineering teams on project tracking, scheduling, budget planning, and status reporting.
• Work closely with cross functional teams on the planning and execution of program deliverables.
• Accountable for collecting inputs & ordering project hardware including boards, CPU’s, & misc system items used in validation, monitoring the delivery schedule and managing allocations.
• Responsible for lab management including ordering supplies, maintaining & tracking board, materials, & equipment

• Experience in client PC or server system design and validation; OS based testing tools and environments; and failure resolution and tracking.
• Experience working in SOC/System organization
• Knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, Confluence, MS Project
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Advanced skills (pivot tables, reports) with Excel and PowerPoint a plus
• Strong organizational & communication skills

Academic Credentials:

• Bachelors in business or engineering & 1+ years related experience
