Job description

Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Drive technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Work closely with business and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Own technical delivery, execution tracking, and milestone closure.
Manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to engineering teams.
Support issue resolution and root cause analysis for critical production problems.

Requirements

10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud mandatory; Experience Cloud preferred).
Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce data model.
Experience in API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and governor limits.
Proven experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong execution ownership and stakeholder communication skills.
