Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support our client located in Halethorpe, MD. The Full Stack Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and modern full stack technologies. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can independently plan, build, and deploy production-grade systems that integrate AI agents into real business workflows. Responsibilities of the Full Stack Software Engineer include: · Design and implement AI agent systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform · Develop and maintain full stack applications leveraging Dataverse and modern backend frameworks · Build and optimize automation workflows to streamline logistics and operational processes · Integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) into production systems for real-world use cases · Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions · Lead technical planning and architecture decisions for automation initiatives · Troubleshoot, test, and deploy scalable solutions with minimal oversight, Optimization, Real World AI Implementation, System Optimization, Troubleshooting, Software Deployment, User Experience Design #LI-KG1 #LI-HYBRID

Requirements

· Microsoft certification in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or related technologies · Proven, hands-on experience building production-level Copilot Studio agents (not demos/tutorials) · Strong full stack development experience with Dataverse and backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java) · Experience integrating and using AI tools such as Claude in real applications · Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives with minimal supervision · Strong communication skills and adaptability in a small, collaborative team environment Compensation for the Full Stack Software Engineer includes
