Remote IT Projects Engineer

• Lead Microsoft 365 setups and migrations for new and existing clients
• Deploy servers, both on-prem Windows Server and cloud-hosted
• Configure network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, wireless
• Scope projects with clients and our internal team, then deliver them
• Document configurations and procedures so the next engineer can pick them up cleanly

• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience, ideally at an MSP or in project-focused roles
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
• Working knowledge of networking: firewalls, VLANs, VPNs
• Clear writing and communication skills, since you’ll work directly with clients
• The ability to manage multiple projects on your own

• Autotask, ConnectWise, N-able, or similar PSA/RMM tools
• Certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco

Pay: $70,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
