Senior IT Systems Administrator (Projects focused) MSP | Remote

We’re looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator who is passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions in a dynamic MSP environment.

This role focuses on project-based implementations, including client onboarding, Office 365 setups, server and network deployments, and cloud hosting configurations. You’ll be a critical part of our project delivery team, working directly with clients and technical staff to ensure smooth and efficient rollouts.

What You’ll Do:

Execute IT projects such as:

• Office 365 setup and migrations
• Server installations (on-premise and cloud-based)
• Network infrastructure setups (firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.)
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to scope and deliver successful projects
• Document procedures, configurations, and outcomes clearly

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or IT project-focused environment
• Solid expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and common IT infrastructure
• Expertise with networking concepts and equipment (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently

Nice to Have:

• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
• Experience with PSA/RMM tools like Autotask, ConnectWise, N-able, etc.
