IT Help Desk

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide onsite support for retail technology equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining POS systems, self-checkout registers, printers, scanners, PCs, servers, networking equipment, and other retail technology devices.

Do you have experience in In-person customer service?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED

• IT repair and troubleshooting experience
• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting IT equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (Pensacola, Milton, Crestview, and Mobile areas)
• Willingness to participate in occasional evening, weekend, and holiday on-call support

Preferred:

• Field service, desktop support, or computer repair experience
• Experience with POS systems, printers, and networking equipment

$17 - $20 an hour - Temporary, Contract
