Operations Manager, Data Center Operations

To be successful in this role you don’t have to have worked in a Data Center previously or in an IT related role. If you are a proven people manager, with success of developing a team through change and ambiguity, then this could be the role for you., * Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth

• Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions
• Manage infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance
• Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategies

Do you have experience in Cloud computing?, * Experience in people management and team development

• Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues
• Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings
• Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing a technical team
• Experience owning the operation of a mission-critical team or product
