6-10+ years in Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability.
4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace administration experience.
Proven experience implementing tagging governance and ownership-based monitoring.
Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and enterprise support experience/”
