Requirements

Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Fresh service).

10+ years in Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability.
7+ years of hands-on Dynatrace administration experience.
Dynatrace SaaS Administration
Dynatrace OneAgent Deployment & Management
Dynatrace Tagging & Management Zones
Dynatrace Workflows & Automation
Dynatrace APIs
Alert Configuration & Event Management
ITSM Integration (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira)
CMDB and Asset Management Integration
Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Kubernetes / OpenShift Monitoring
Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash
REST APIs and JSON
Proven experience implementing tagging governance and ownership-based monitoring.
Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and enterprise support experience
